These terms cover the text messages NJ Clean Energy Group sends. In short: you have to ask for them, we only text you about your own enquiry, and one word stops them for good.

You will only receive marketing or follow-up texts from us if you have given express written consent. That happens when you tick the SMS box on our booking form, or when you ask us directly by phone, email or text and we record it.
Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking a consultation or of any purchase. If you would rather we only call or email, leave the box unticked and everything else works exactly the same.
Reply STOP to any message from us. That stops all marketing texts immediately. You will get one final message confirming you have been removed, and then nothing further.
We also honour QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and REMOVE. If a reply does not work for any reason, call us on (732) 298-2616 or email [email protected] and we will remove you manually.
If you opt out and later want messages again, you will need to opt in again.
Reply HELP to any message and you will get our contact details back. You can also reach a person on (732) 298-2616, Monday to Saturday, 8am–7pm.
We send marketing messages between 9:00am and 8:00pm Eastern, Monday to Saturday. Appointment reminders may fall outside those hours if that is when your appointment is.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your number is used solely by NJ Clean Energy Group to contact you about your enquiry. It is never passed to installation partners, lead buyers or data brokers for their own marketing. Our full Privacy Policy has the detail.
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and we cannot guarantee it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us. Otherwise messages meant for you may reach whoever the number is reassigned to.
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
